5 Amazing Clear Skin Tips!




Everyone struggles with bad skin and most people are to lazy to do anything about it (like me). So i am going to help you! Here are 5 easy, natural clear skin hacks for all lazy people out there! You wont need to buy anything for these, you can do them all at home! 


1. Wash your face twice a day! This is very important. You should wash your face every morning and every night, to help clean it and get rid off any bacteria or old makeup. Not washing your face can lead to blocked pores, acne and spots! So if you want spots don't wash your face.

2. Don't pick at your spots/skin! Sometimes its hard to resist not picking at a spot or your skin but if you do then your just going to get more and they will spread all over your face/body and you may turn into a spot. No but really its really important to try leave them alone because your just putting more bacteria on to your face every time you touch it or mess with it.




3. Don't smoke! Smoking is not only awful for your health and takes several years off your life, but its also very bad for your skin. It gives you a higher risk of getting acne. A study was held where they found that women age 25 to 50 had acne, and 73 percent of them smoked. It is hard to quit an addiction but smoking is very bad for your skin and health.

4. Exfoliate, but not to much! Exfoliating is good for your skin as it removes dead skin cells, leaving your skin clear and fresh, but don't exfoliate too much as that is when things get bad. Exfoliating to much can cause bacteria to get into your skin as you are removing the top layer off your skin which protects your face from bacteria!

5. Stay Hydrated! Its really good to drink water, obviously as it keeps you alive, but its also really good your skin as it keeps it fresh and glowing. it doesn't have to be water that you drink. you can also drink other things that contain water.
