Most people when they see they have a spot they try to do
something to get rid of it, but what people don’t realise is that some things
can cause your face too break out more and become more irritated! Here are 5
things you need to stop doing to your skin!
Stop exfoliating! A lot off people tend to use scrubs
and exfoliators on there face but its not actually good for your skin. Its okay
to use exfoliators on your body to remove dead skin but when you use it on your
face every day it can actually cause skin irritation. So, if you do this then I
recommend exfoliating your face once or twice a week at most. Using exfoliators
once or twice a day can cause the top layer of your skin to be removed which means
you are letting the bad bacteria into your skin when that top layer off skin is
supposed to protect you from that. This can cause you to have issues like acne,
irritation, and redness and much more.
Stop sleeping in your makeup! If you sleep with your
makeup on then all the bad stuff in the makeup will get into your skin and
cause you to have very irritated skin, acne and redness. If you also sleep in mascara,
then you can also get very sore red eyes. There was once a test where this
women decided to not remove her makeup for 30 days to see what happened, so she
kept layering her makeup on every day without removing it and at the end of it
scientists saw that her skin had aged 10 years over 30 days! So, remove your
makeup before bed!
Don’t just use makeup wipes! Although makeup wipes
seem like they remove your makeup, its not actually removing all off it. I recommend
using not only makeup wipes but wash your face as well. This will remove any
excess makeup and make sure your skin is clean and fresh.
Don’t use to much product on your skin! When it comes
to skincare some people like to use a lot off products and things that aren’t necessary.
What you should do is buy products for the areas off your skin that need it and
don’t buy to much. If you do this can irritate your skin and cause it to break
out more.
Spending to long in a hot shower! Obviously, people need
to wash but when you spend to much time in a shower that’s hot you are exposing
your skin to heat and washing off your skins natural oils causing your skin to
be dry.
