5 amazing ways on how to fall asleep instantly!


Ever been trying to sleep but you just can’t because you are anxious or there is two much noise or you are excited for the next day. Like if it was Christmas eve. Well don’t worry I have 5 amazing ways on how to fall asleep instantly!

1. Do meditation. It may sound silly to some people, but meditation is really good for relaxing your muscles and helping you sleep. Just before you go to sleep. Try meditating. Just sit down, clear your mind, and relax. It really works! Mediation helps you relax so your no longer worried or anxious about anything.

2. Avoid drinking caffeinated drink or eating sugary snacks before your bedtime! When you drink coffee or eat sugary snacks before sleeping it can keep you up because it gives your body a boost to stay awake. If you are craving snacks and hot drinks before bed, then try having non caffeinated tea/coffee. For snacks try having some of these foods:

Almonds
Oats
Turkey
Bananas.
Kiwi.
These foods are supposed to help you sleep.  For more foods to eat before bed just take a look on google!

3. Write down your problems. If your stressed out before bed, try writing down your problems then write down some solutions to them problems. This will help you feel relieved and you will be ready to sleep in no time!

4. Do not look at your clock or the time! If you wake up in the night or can’t go to sleep. Don’t look at the time. This will just make you more anxious and you will stay awake longer!


5. Avoid naps during the day! If you are still tired during the day, don’t take naps because you will be wasting the day and it will make you less tired so when you go to bed you wont be able to sleep which means when you get up your going to be tired again and take naps during the day again. Save your tiredness until bedtime!
