5 more amazing clear skin care tips and tricks!

If you have read my previous blog, you will have seen I wrote about skin care hacks and everyone seemed to like it so here are 5 more amazing clear skin hacks!

1.       Drink lots of water. I know this sounds obvious, but it really does work. Drinking lots of water keeps your skin fresh and hydrated. Not drinking enough water can lead to your skin becoming dry, flaky, wrinkles and sagging skin. So, if you don’t want to look like an old person at the age of 20 or 30, drink lots of water!

2.       Use aloe Vera. Aloe Vera is a plant which people squeeze the gel out of and put it on their skin. It heals cuts, treats acne and gets rid of dry skin. Here’s how to make your own aloe Vera gel at home.

Step 1 = take and aloe vera and peel away the skin.
Step 2 = place the inside in a bowl and mush it up with a fork.
Step 3 = add in a small amount of water and mix.
Step 4 = place it inside a container and use it when needed.
For more in-depth tutorials you can search “how to make aloe Vera gel” on YouTube. Or you can buy it premade online.

3.       Wear sun cream! Most people think that if they wear sun cream, they won’t get a tan but really not wearing sun cream will just damage your skin and cause break outs. Sun cream can stop you getting burnt so your skin looks fresher and clearer.

Best sun cream brands:
Nivea.
La Roche.
Garnier.
Dior.

4.       Moisturise every day. Moisturising prevents the skin from drying out and becoming flaky. If you don’t moisturise, your more likely to get wrinkly skin earlier. So if you don’t want wrinkles Moisturise!

Best moisturisers:
Nivea.
Elf.
Revolution.
Clean and clear.

5.       Sleep more! Whether you go to bed early and wake up early or go to bed late and wake up late, sleep is important! Nan average human being should get at least 7 to 10 hours sleep to keep healthy. If you struggle to get to sleep then I will be writing a blog on how to get to sleep quicker. If you don’t get enough sleep, you won’t be able to concentrate. Not sleeping enough can also cause dark circles, damage, and inflammation. This is because your skin has not had enough time to repair itself.

Thank you for reading, hope my hack helped you.
Warning: make sure to check the ingredients on any skin products before you buy them, in case you allergic. This will make your skin a lot worse!
