Vitamin B: Vitamin B can improve your overall skin texture and improve skin tone evenness. You can find vitamin B in sources like meat, eggs and dairy products and whole grains.

 

Vitamin C: This vitamin can reduce wrinkles and also prevent them from appearing. It can also improve wound healing and limit the skin damage from UV exposure. You can find vitamin c in citrus fruits, blackcurrants, berries, broccoli, tomatoes, sprouts, and kiwis.

 

Vitamin E: Vitamin E can help remove dark circles from your under eyes and can help support healing of wounds. You can find this product in sources like sunflower seeds, almonds, spinach, avocados, broccoli, olive oil, squash, shrimps, and kiwis.

 

Vitamin K: This vitamin can really help reduce the depth of wrinkles and under-eye dark circles. It can also help heal wounds and bruises. You can find this vitamin in things like green leafy vegetables, fish, liver, meat and even eggs.
